What is Candid Photography ??
According to me candid photography is an art to capture the emotions.Where the subject is unaware about the click.Candid is all about visualizing the moment before it happens and to get prepared to capture the moment.
Pre-visualizing is the most important aspect in candid photography where you should be all set for a perfect click at the perfect time to get an unplanned moments of someone's emotions,be it cheerfulness or tears.
Good lighting and a perfect angle plays a very important role in getting a best candid picture.
Patience is a major factor for a perfect picture,many a times you need to wait for the perfect smile or for your subject to turn to you.
One of the best way to go unnoticed is to use a telephoto lens.To get the best result for the candid pic I would suggest to click the pictures in natural environment For e.g. Gardens,beach,riverside.
Equipment & Settings
Use a telephoto lens or a block lens f/1.8 or f/2.8 which will defocus the background and subject to be in focus.You only get a one chance to get a perfect candid click so shooting in burst mode is more preferable this will end up in getting a nice candid picture and fun.
